Equipment installation
Safety is the top priority when assembling equipment
Equipment installation by SCHOLPP - worldwide and only with increased safety. For the industrial service provider SCHOLPP, safety when installing equipment is the top priority in particular, this is thanks to our SCC** certification and our full-time safety engineer, who creates risk analyses and ensures compliance with the holistic safety concept. Whether chemical, petrochemical, power plant or pharmaceutical industry, SCHOLPP moves and installs your equipment safely. SCHOLPP's services for equipment installation range from engineering, consulting and careful planning to unloading, intermediate transport and assembly to measuring before final acceptance by the client.
Quality, safety and occupational health and safety systematically anchored in equipment installation
Like our service modules, our standards for quality, safety and occupational health and safety in equipment installation are subject to the principle of permanent evolution. In 1995, SCHOLPP was one of the first companies in our industry to introduce quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. Since 1997, we have employed a full-time safety engineer who develops and implements safety concepts: for team training, risk analyses and customer advice. In 2001, a management system for safety, health and the environment was introduced (certified according to SCC).
Manpower and technology for equipment installation
When installing equipment, meeting tight deadlines is crucial. Manpower and lifting equipment are important factors. SCHOLPP's qualified employees have been working in equipment installation for many years and have mastered the specifics of many industrial sectors. SCHOLPP's high-tech equipment park guarantees the optimal technology for every specific task in equipment installation. SCHOLPP offers you every form of security for equipment installation in calculation, deadline and success.
Equipment installation in plant engineering
Equipment installation is usually the last project phase in plant construction in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry. It is divided into several sub-steps. First, the equipment is unloaded from the transport vehicle, and in some cases, it is transported internally and stored temporarily in a storage area. In the next step, the cranes lift the components and equipment into the steel structure that supports the system. This is followed by aligning and securing the equipment components according to specified coordinates, including measuring with a leveling device or theodolite.
Coordination of a complex assembly process
The construction of chemical plants, pharmaceutical production or power plants usually takes place in the immediate vicinity of existing plants. There are other process plants in operation near the construction site, which means that there is limited space for equipment installation. Even in the quotation phase, SCHOLPP planning engineers designed several variants of how the individual pieces of equipment could be brought in and installed. Coordinating and parallel working with other trades, e.g. steel construction, as well as taking all delivery dates into account are also factored into the equipment installation process. Short-term delays in the delivery of components must be coordinated with the customer and the engineering offices in the complex assembly process.
