Every machine is unique. Machine manufacturers vary in transport regulations to be observed for different machine types. Thanks to the experience of the SCHOLPP rigging teams, this is a routine part of daily business. The SCHOLPP team realizes these machines moving under special requirements with competent specialist personnel. Our installation team includes planning engineers, installation supervisors, foremen and specialist fitters. The time frames for unloading internal transportation and the installation of machines and systems are usually very tight. Nevertheless, on the day requested, all machines are at their new location ready to be put into operation by the customer. This is guaranteed thanks to detailed planning and intensive consultation with all parties involved.

Customized solutions for machine moving

No two-machine moving are the same; each one requires a unique solution. SCHOLPP meets limited load-bearing capacities of ceilings, limited installation heights or restricted space conditions during machine installation with creative ideas, know-how and the right equipment. SCHOLPP lifting gantries are often the first choice for safe movement and precise positioning. For limited heights, we use inplant rollers specially manufactured for SCHOLPP or the advantages of air film technology. And if our industrial cranes, forklift trucks, lifting gantries and highly professional tools are not sufficient for your machine installation, we can design special constructions. This enables SCHOLPP to ensure that machine moving runs smoothly even during ongoing production and in difficult spatial conditions.

Intelligent use of sophisticated equipment and partnership-based cooperation

We mobilize all the equipment required for the project to move in the machines. Mobile cranes are required for unloading. Lifting gantries for positioning play a key role in installation projects installation. They are used for lifting, lowering, and sometimes also moving and tilting heavy parts in the factory halls. Heavy-duty trolleys, forklifts and mobile cranes are used for internal transportation. We combine different equipment depending on the layout of the production lines. In most cases, the layouts are extremely compact, which severely limits the logistics areas for bringing in the machines and the individual installation steps. These circumstances leave little scope for time optimization, especially as partner companies and other trades also have to be integrated into the SCHOLPP assembly planning and installation processes. The plans and protocols drawn up before and during the project serve as the basis for this.
